You cannot exactly walk in at any time but there are some appointment times reserved for super priority applicants such as 8:15, 9:15, 10:15, 12:15, 13:15 etc.

Those times are mostly available when other applicants with priority and standard are looking for closer biometrics date. So, if you check today, you might see those times on closer date, which puts you at an advantage.

Beyond that, super priority also gives you your visa decision within 24 hours.

You even quoted the paragraph then of the immigration law. If you ignored advice and applied without the court documents, I am curious as to what immigration rules you want administrative review for? It’s sad when we keep doing this to ourselves.
Whether it is your nephew or niece or brother or sister, the rules have not changed.. reapply with the court documents. As long as mother is alive she cant be pushed aside except by court.

the easiest name to change will be the name on the NIN. Change it to what was on your previous passport as I assume that’s your real name?
Modification of name costs 500 naira on NIN portal. Make payment via remita, print receipt and with relevant documents showing this new name go to a NIN office closest to you.
The above only applies to if the name you want on the NEW passport will be the name on the old passport. ..

If it is a different scenario and you want to change the name on your old passport to what is your NIN then go here https://passport.immigration.gov.ng/main

1)The POF I will be uploading ,will it be the soft copy of the bank statement sent by the bank ?
2)Secondly the POF is in my partner”s name, hope it won’t be a problem although we are both applying together ?

First, know that it is very very expensive to change the date for an airline ticket. You don't even want to know how expensive it is.

Your best bet is for your wife to contact her school and explain her predicament. Hopefully, the school authorities will approve her resumption for 21 September or thereabout. She must be persistent and send an email - even if she spoke to someone on the phone who promises that all is well. Make sure she sends an email and requests for a response.

For others still awaiting their visas, please, please and please, always confirm last day of registration/resumption from your school before you buy your ticket. I know tickets are very expensive and you might want to target travelling in late September - when tickets might be cheaper. However, note that most schools resume in the second/third week of September and take on-site enrollment very serious. After all the trouble and money you have spent, don't give the devil a chance.

Please when a dependent is applying six months after the main applicant does the main applicant need to add his proof of funds? I need help on this one please
