BentizilL: Keep day dreaming. Tinubu will be president in your dreams not Nigeria You are an ethnic bigot my friend.. The Stupid APC left Osibanjo and gave their ticket to that corrupt sick old man If Osibanjo were to be the one contesting i would have supported him, i don't care about Tribe, what i care about is competency. We all know it was buhari who has not allowed Osibanjo put his brain to use in Nigeria state of affairs. But since we couldn't get Osibanjo, we go for Obi who is more competent than the other two. But as for you, Tribe has blocked your sense of reasoning.. You are not supporting Tinubu because of what he can do but because of Tribe |

Lovenorth: They will scale well when deployed against unarmed civilians and protesters but how well can they operate when deployed against armed forces of other countries, these machines should be well calibrated |

nony43: It's not as easy as you think. Political interference can hamper their work. A call from Abuja is suffivient to abort any operation. You also need to take in consideration that these bandits have innocent civilians in their custody. Many are kept simply to use them as human shields. There would be huge collateral damage if the army were to attack. Buhari is extremely sensitive about this. Also, the army is just too powerful. Airforce raids have been used against these bandits in the recent past but with disproportionate results. Many innocents died. In one case, it was reported about a thousand cows were killed. Special operations teams are the best suited for this. The biggest problem aren't the airforce or army. It is left leaning and nationalistic Buhari who has dragged his feet in taking firm and effective action against these marauder bands which are growing bigger by the way. The quick answer is to use foreign mercenaries but Buhari considers that unpatriotic and prefers to wait until the army builds up enough capacity to take them out on their own. This was the script he used against BOKO HARAM. The mercenaries who GEJ employed to route Boko Haram were dismissed by Buhari when he took over. This vacuum created by their absence enabled Boko Haram to regroup. It is only now after the arrival of airforce jets is the army enjoying astounding victories over BH. I sense these bandits would be routed before the elections next year. Already, several Northern state vovernors doubt elections can hold due to the dreadful security situation in their states. 2 Likes |

[quote author=nony43 post=116128232] In the whole of the Nigerian military, Nigerian Army and Airforce are the most useless. Nigerian Navy is doing a great job, we hardly hear of pirate attacks, if the Army and Airforce are working like the navy we won’t be hearing of herdsmen and bandits wiping out villages. That name Ezeagwu is funny lol. Like king of madness [/qFor terrorists to attack in water and on dry land which is easier? |

kerry57:And why won't they have the Natural resources? These are countries(South Africa, Morocco, Mauritania, Egypt) you should compare Nigeria with... Not USA. It's just like you talking about Florida and Lagos....... Is there anything in common?? What we just need to pray for is that Nigeria becomes a great Country!

Imagine what we can do with someone like peter obi. Every penny accounted for. Billions of dollars for the military are no longer lost to corruption, and our manufacturing can begin to grow. |

nony43: King of shrine "Priest" Why Agwu is used in demystifying madness is that in Igboland, when a young man reach certain age (adolescent) when he start misbehaving, fighting, stubborn etc they will believe the god of their compound is disturbing him. They will raise alter (usually an Uha tree) in the compound for him and overtime his bad behavior will come down. they never knew he just outgrown adolescent age 1 Like |

Neddyogu: Enemies of the country. Those are Naval patrol ships, used for territorial surveillance and risk management and not a war ship you're used to seeing. In as much as many of you castigate the country for the many bad things, you all should learn to appreciate the good sides as well, it is good for your mental health. You can't always be thinking bad and evil all the time and expect your state of mind to be good. |
