U spoke about midwives, I suspect Ur in uk?
They will give u even pads, baby diapers too (still carry Ur own tho)
What you need to bother about is Ur personal change of clothes, towel and toiletries (toothbrush, soap, sponge etc to bathe afterward)
Even if Ur baby can't suck and needs milk, they will give u aptamil on demand for baby.

Please I have a question,I don’t know if I am on the right thread.what causes fishy smell during and after sex as well as spotting some days after ovulation.

I Will appreciate prompt response please

Fishy smell after sex is a symptom of Vaginitis. Vaginitis is caused by a bacteria infection, yeast or an STI called Trichomoniasis. Actually, the STI is more likely because a common symptom of trichomoniasis is fishy smell. The person should see a doctor ASAP for medication. Her partner should also be tested and treated for healing to be effective.

As for spotting after ovulation, I don't know o. If you have sex while ovulating, it's likely that you'd get pregnant. A common symptom of pregnancy is Implantation Bleeding. This bleeding is usually brownish or pinkish in colour. The bleeding is NOT much. You don't need sanitary pads for it. Just spots. If this is what you're experiencing, you can take a pregnancy test to confirm. Blood tests are more accurate than urine strips sha. To save yourself the anxiety, just go to the hospital for blood test.

Congratulations to our latest mamas in town. Thank God for safe landing.

I also want to thank everyone who congratulated me.

As one of our sister's advised, that I go for blood test to so as to conquer every anxiety.

I did a blood test this morning and the lab technician said its positive but she's not 100% sure that the line is so faint that i should repeat the test in one week time.

My wonderful mamas, Please help me pray that this baby stays biko.
