Tells you that the distance between a Gentleman and a Ruffian is naturally measured in millions of kilometres! What should we tell Tinubu about Lagos Mr Preacher?

Clarification: OBJ didnt withhold lagos state funds. He only held back 20% of the lagos allocation which accrues to local government and that was because BAT created false LGAs in a bid to get increased allocation. Lagos was still getting 80% of its allocation which was more than the allocation about 31 states in Nigeria were getting at that time. This is the vehicle BAT used to siphon money as he claimed he wasnt getting anything from the federal from 2004 till end of his tenure(this issue started in april 2004).
