1. There was banditry in OBJ's time. It just wasn't this pronounced due to the non-existence of Social Media and traditional media as it is now.
2. Kidnappings was rife during OBJ's time
3. Extrajudicial killings done by OPC, Bakassi Boys, MASSOB and even the Army in certain instances was rife during OBJ's time
4. South South agitation blew up during OBJ's time
5. Boko Haram led by Yusuf, starting his radical preaching during OBJ's time. It was Yar'Adua in 2009 who later took decisive action, although it now metamorphosed into full blown terrorism.

So OBJ's tenure was some paradise land in terms of security as certain people are projecting.

1. There was no banditry in OBJ's time. Perhaps you're confused as to what banditry is. You can name the leaders of bandits during OBJ's time and their activities. It's funny you say traditional media did not exist at that time. I guess all the newspapers and news channels started operation after 2007.
2. Kidnapping existed towards the tail end of OBJ's tenure and it was mainly carried out by Niger Delta militants. Even that's was not as pronounced as now. The first major kidnapping took place in Chibok in 2013. After that, worse has occurred.
3. True. Those sectional groups were carrying out such activities. But you should find out what became of them and their leaders under OBJ. You're so quick to reference killings by the Army as if they are better behaved now. They killed Shiites for almost no reason under this administration.
4. That's a lie. South South agitation preceded OBj. Ken Saro Wiwa was not leading MOSOP under OBJ neither was he killed by OBJ government.
5. BH were an Islamic sect like wahabbi, Salafist etc under OBJ. They were not a terrorist group. If nothing, they were like social activists. Their argument was that Western education was responsible for the ills of society and only full implementation of Sharia could stop it. They advocated violence against enemies of Sharia but never carried out such though they were responsible for some civil disturbance. But to claim that BH started under OBJ like they were there violent, terrorists they became is a lie.

Tinubu should be blamed for Buhari because he was his major backer in 2015. After the man failed woefully in his first term and so men of good conscience withdrew from him, it was same Tinubu who still stood with him for obvious selfish reasons.

OBJ's tenure was largely more peaceful and prosperous than the useless and incompetent lots we have now. That's a fact!!

Obi was never a Governor under PDP but APGA. PDP was the first party He joined in 2002 but left due their moneybag politics they practice. He couldn't withstand their bullying and He left for APGA and won the election in 2003 but the madate was stolen until 2006.
