Nigeria passport is on the exclusive list, so the price will be the same for every citizen. No one is preventing anyone from traveling or as you put it Japa that is not an excuse. This is the imbalance that is causing disunity in our country.

Do your own research. Go to immigration website and see the prices for yourself. Don't be like zombies. You have a phone and internet. Come back nd tell us if the prices is diffrent or same.

A quick check on the site, turned out that the price of the passport registration and renewal is cheaper for northern states and expensive for southern states.
