You need to learn. There's nothing like middle belt in the 6 geopolitical zones. What we have are NW, NE, NC, SS, SE & SW. Benue state is in the North Central(NC). There are 6 states and FCT in the NC. The states are: Kogi State, Benue State, Kwara State, Niger State, Nasarawa State and Plateau State.
