I captured since 30 june and collection date stated 29/07/2022. I’ve visited severally and they keep saying it is not ready. Also i noticed that the last time i went there, they wrote AA on the confirmation slip.

What do you guys suggest i do ?

The only thing I see people dropping is their enrollment ID only and you can’t log in with only that.

According to The NIS, the official price for a 64-page Nigerian passport with a 10-year validity period is N70,000, a 64-page passport with five years validity costs N35,000 and a 32-page passport with a five-year validity period costs N25,000. The cost is even lower in some States such as Sokoto, Zamfara and Kebbi where a 32-page 5-year validity passport goes for N15,000.

However, The ICIR findings show that some applicants pay between N40,000 and N60,000 for a 32-page passport with five years of validity instead of N25,000. Some pay between N70,000 - N140,000 for a 64-page passport with a 5-year validity while some pay as much as N200,000 to obtain a 64-page passport with 10 years of validity.

Go to SERVICOM. They'll assess your claim so make sure you have evidence of the medical emergency. If the story gels, they'll tell you what options are available for you. I advice you choose an office outside lagos. Avoid Ikoyi like plague.

I'm going for capturing next month is it advisable to go there a day before the capturing date or I should go there that same date.

I applied to renew my international passport using the DIY process. And I can only say those officers are hellbent on frustrating DIY people but we won’t stop advocating for it.

Captured: 4th August 2022 This was a breeze, didn’t pay a dime even though the friend I thought I had whom I approached to see if there was anything he could do because the two months wait for capturing was too long tried to hijack it and turn it into a money milking situation however I called his bluff and told him I didn’t wait for 2 months to enrich their pockets just for capturing alone (Those people know no friends when it comes to this).

I saw a website for tracking today so I decided to track my application and got the biggest shock of my life. My portal is yet to be updated at all. It’s been over 3 weeks since I captured and my profile is still like this. Is this normal?
