It’s also used to con the south-east and south-south when they receive truck-loads of returned Abacha loot….that they wanna use the share of the south-east and south-south for 2nd Niger bridge! Even if they return loot a thousand times…they will tell you 2nd Niger bridge! Don’t forget this is also a bridge that will be tolled…a bridge sovereign wealth fund also says they’re part funding…..a bridge that GEJ gov’t paid up 30 billion naira for…..and i’m almost certain in some years past, budgetary provision was set aside for it!

the bridge alone which is 1.6km cost N206 billion while the ancillary road infrastructure cost N208 Billion.
