My spouse has called UKVI numbers (+44 203 875 4669 and +44 300 790 6268) severally on 3 different mobile networks to ask for our application status but, UKVI lines are constantly engaging. On TLS, the application status is still on DMC. How best can we do paid call or are there other numbers to place paid call to UKVI or what do you all advise?

No i mean in the escalation message i recieved from Sheffield.

Please I applied for dependent visa, I had my biometric on the 1st of July, paid mail was sent on the 21st of July and we got the reply that decision has been made but up til now have not gotten collection mail, have sent another mail, did another paid mail and my application was escalated, the 15days for escalation has passed and no change.

I sent another mail after the 15 days of escalation and they replied that I should give them 10 working days again for me to be contacted.

Today makes it 9weeks and 45 working days, am so depressed, devastated, am not myself at all. I tried making paid call but it’s not going.

Please I need help , am confused ���, I cry almost every day.

Same happened to us, dependants even collected theie passports with Visa however that dame evening MA was now got email for collection. So dont worry let dependants go collect their visa. MA would definately get conllection letter... te ukvi guys are overwhelmed.

Please for anyone who's done paid call, what number did you use? The first one isn't going and for the 2nd one, after I follow the instructions, it gets to a point where it says I should check the ukgov for the status of my application and the line cuts.
