An affidavit will take care of it. Your friend can go to a court to get it done. Nothing to worry about .

I don't think there is a standard timeline for Biometrics request.
I submitted application on April 11th and got Biometrics request on June 29th.
So it might come in anytime from now.

1. For sibling relationship: I used birth certificate

2. Proof sibling is a Canadian: I uploaded his citizenship certificate

3. Proof that sibling is in Canada: I submitted his utility bill and account print out.

I can now see application approved and counterfoil on ircc account now, so happy days indeed. Still won’t advise anyone to send to London office for now anyway. Bad bad service

Hi, this is my first post here. Hopefully I am posting it under the right section.
Please I need advise. I got PPR in June 2022 and proceeded to add spouse (got married 2021) and baby (gave birth January 2022). I am using an agent for this process. The thing is my husband did an upfront Medicals November 2021 and everything was submitted. We just got a mail that his medical results are not complete and that we should contact the physician for the complete result.
We are confused because the upfront Medicals will expire this November and when PPR comes, the validity of COPR will be Nov 2022 (no time). So should we message IOM Abuja to ask for the remaining results or just do another Medicals entirely (The cost of traveling is another thing o). Has anyone experienced a situation like this before, where their complete results were not transmitted?

Chin up! It's a phase many of us went through. I did the exam four times and now I'm sitting gallantly in Canada.
The important thing is not to give up

what I actually want to ask is "When is the expiry of COPR"?
1 Year from when PR was approved or 1 year from last medical.
a friend of mine said hers was 1year from when PR was approved

Honestly, I wouldn't advise to remark especially with Writing and speaking this low.
Don't waste money
Forget that we are an English speaking country, lots of us if not all of us have poor diction, wrong pronunciation etc.
Reading is so tricky.
My advice is write again...
Send me a dm and I can have about 3 session with you before yo rewrite if you are okay with it.
