It is absolute insanity to kill someone for a god. How can a rational, intelligent being kill for a god. The Old Testament is not a journey. It was and is still being used. It was the very reason slavery was justifiable and colonialism happened. And that barely ended 70 years ago. Other systems of dehumanization are still upheld because of ideologies fueled by the Old Testament. When Christians stop quoting the Old Testament, then it'll simply be history.
