it's getting clearer that Obi supporters can only score points with negative news , while Tinubu supporters score points with positive news . Just take notice of trends and news , we all saw how they were rejoicing with floods in Lagos, while Tinubu supporters praise him when good news takes place in Lagos. The problem in this country eh! Wetin be dis! Mere looking at that structure you can tell it will collapse! Look how thin each decking layer is!!!!

Firstly, Why didn't they construct such structure as a framed structure? All those sandcret blocks I'm seeing there may have hidden some structural irregularities/impairments.

Secondly, were QA/QC plans followed throughout the construction process? Were the necessary concrete and steel tests done on site? Who are those responsible for the QC hold points.

Even the building beside it was at risk and they ought to have complained..

The edges look like sandcrete block material not reinforced...
Even the basement walls are not reinforced just sandcrete block....

Well, a structure like this should be a collaboration between the Development agencies building team in the state and the Consultants / project manager of this
project....
Week to week site meetings should be observed between the state supervisors and the project manager with his team of Consultants....

Imagine the human loss here??
Imagine the amount of money wasted in this project
