When confused - use Google.

Office tools like Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, Powerpoint. If there are tools that are specific to your niche (technical writing), then you can add that.

That said, your profile is amateurish and it has basic grammatical errors. This is not good for a writer that you claim to be.

The first letters of every word in your heading should be in caps for a start.

Your profile picture doesn’t have energy. Please change it if you can.

You would have to download Upwork desktop app if you haven’t done that before. That is where you turn on your time tracker. After that, you would be able to access your timesheet when you start working.

Have it in mind that your activity level would be monitored on a scale of 1 to 10.

It takes screenshots every 10 minutes. If you delete one screenshot, maybe due to inactivity or something you don’t want the client to see, it would less a fraction of your hourly pay.

I did an hourly service once. Nothing different except the use of the desktop app to measure time spent working

I've seen Nigerians charge $40 - 60/hr on Upwork though. Nigerians get mind abeg

I think you should consider being a Medical VA. If this rate is alien to tech, I wonder what is happening there.
