Choose A. U.S Companies usually state what is required of you ... hours of work ... days off etc and stick to it. Asian companies are unpredictable.... the rules are subject to change at any time without reason. They may be hiring you as pretty much a local guide...to attract business ... to appear that they are good and employ locals..... but as soon as they get familiar with the language... the area... the connections... out you go and replaced by their own. Do you know how many hours you'll have to work to earn that amount? I'm almost sure they said flexible hours.

Off-grid power sector

The market potential is huge but funding requirement is also enormous which is always an issue with start ups in that sector, unlike its counterparts in FINTECH or other IT related activities.

However if the owners have unlimited funding then it is a very good career path for anyone.

I worked many years for a start up foreign owned company and I don't have much to show for it except the field experience I got.
They woke up one day and got us fired after they have gained enough ground in the country.

Whenever the company starts expanding they will advertise for experienced hands to come and be your boss instead of promoting the pioneers, the only way you can grow financially is if you are a local shareholder in the company or you work for them for a period to gain valuable experience and resign to join another company.

You can reapply if there's a new opening in the future and they will feel it is more profitable for them to engage you again since they won't be training you and you are coming back with added experience from outside to a known territory.

Don't ever think of building a future with start up that you are not a shareholder

From experience I may suggest you go with the established company
The bolded is usually with Asians countries once the understand the terrain and get pass the language barrier, they let you go.

Based on the current Nigeria power problems many have gone off grid and the opportunities there are endless, a visit to Alaba solar section of the market would inform you of the opportunities in the sector. If you are the adventures type, learn as much as you can and move on to set up your own business.

However, I would advise company A.

You gave little or no information about the two companies. What do u know about these companies? What prospect do they have? What's the size of their workforce? Who are their clients? There are lots of other questions you need to answer that will help you take a decision.
