The verse clearly doesn't say the voice of the Lord who will come down is the voice of the archangel. Instead, you are told the loud command will be given, with the voice of the archangel, and the trumpet of God.

Surely, anyone who has read even the parable of the 10 brides- or any of the other Parables spoken by Jesus Christ of His return - knows that it will not be the bridegroom announcing His own entry but a servant/herald doing so.
And that Herald, the one with the voice, who also sounds the trumpet of God to boot, is most likely one of the archangels, something I believe is also described in John's book of Revelations.
