The best way to ensure he never goes anywhere and he is banned for misrepresentation. If he applied without them, there wouldn’t be need for them to do medicals. Are they legally married?

My people has been involved but he is too stubborn and doesn't want to listen to anyone just bent on going alone and using financial criteria as excuse while I proffered a good solution to funds which he rejected cause he obviously wants to go alone and abandon the wife n kids

If that is the case, the medical reports for his wife and kids are not needed especially if he indicated that he is not traveling with his family. However, he is obliged to be truthful in his application stating his correct marital status. If he did correctly state that he is married but traveling alone, not sure there is so much that can be done other than family members helping to intervene. Otherwise drag his butt to court, divorce, get sole custody of the kid and find a way to travel on your own.

Once you are invited to apply, your EOI profile will be removed from the EOI pool. If you don't apply within 60 days, your Invitation to Apply will expire. You will need to create a new EOI profile if you remain interested in applying to the SINP.

Decline, then edit if there is room for that, otherwise, create another EOI using the correct years of experience. Yesterday’s draw was 60! Who ever thought that would happen?

I've made up my mind to decline anyways. The funny thing is that 3 subsequent draws were far lower than my score by more than 6 marks. That's less than 3years working experience. The latest draw even accepted 60marks. I had 66, but mistakenly put 67! Oversabi don ruin my chances! Too much mathematics approximation!

Have you asked on the SINP ITA groups on other platforms? Because I am thinking that on a second note, they should be able to recalculate your score and if it falls within the invited score, I think it should fly. I said this because I just saw someone being given the same advise.

Thank you for your response rume. I had done biometrics when I wanted to do Study route. However, my Study application was declined. I am not sure I still have access to a yellow Biometrics Slip.Hence, what do you advise as regards not having the Yellow Slip. Also do I just book an appointment to go Drop the listed Documents or I can just do a walk in to drop them. I will really appreciate your response. Thank you
