The Igbos have no value for the living or the dead. Go to social media and see how they display their bestiality on the queen's death. May God save us, show us mercy and give us long life like he gave to the queen . 1 Like |

Her Ancestors were renowned naked Cannibals before the British Colonised and Christianized them and their Population exploded after they received Cassava Garri and Modern Medicine from the British Missionaries. I responded to this guy but he could not handle the truth as he was embarrassed and hence he reported the post. I will summarize my response here for any other Nigerian who wishes to have their minds liberated: 1. Britain set up Imperial College (I.e. Colonization College) where imperialism is studied.... they tend to execute the same script around the world. 2. They arrived in Canada and declared the natives "savages" who must go through Indian Residential Schools (Google it) - and only after they have renounced their culture and language and customs, can speak English and act like a European are they declared "civilized".... 3. When the arrived Nigeria via unprovoked invasions 1804-1856, they similarly declared Nigerians "savages" - that's why they said we were savages living in huts. 4. Education is a vital component of British colonial strategy. The British military regime set up an educational system in Nigeria in such a way that those that pass through that educational system similar to the one they set up in Canada will become British subjects in their minds I.e. they will think less of themselves, regard western Europeans as God, regard everything European as being better than everything African etc. This is why we were taught that Mungo park discovered river niger and lugard discovered Northern Nigeria. That's why they only teach you western European scientists and inventors and philosophers in this curriculum.... 5. It is because you have been Colonised in your mind by this educational system that you have typed this quoted write up. 3 Likes |

Well, as much as African colonizers were corrupt and evil to their subjects, following the independence of some African nations , like Nigeria, how are our African political leaders in any way better than the colonizers? Are African leaders not killing their own too, just that they are doing it in a systematic way. How do they achieve this ?They simply achieve this by eating up the economy(national cake) thin , and consequently leading to not just the physical death , but social , cultural, political and economic death of their people. I believe if the colonizers were to still be in charge of some of the African nations , we would have lived way better than the current live we are living . |

And what do you think is the approach we need to take to restore teaching of Nigerian history, Nigerian scientists/inventors and African philosophers in our schools?? |

A certain YOUNG TURKS TV Host in USA reminded white Americans what they did to African Americans via slavery, raping, selling their babies...and he was supported. A lady whose family was decimated largely by roles Britain and Queen Eliza played during The Nigerian- Biafran War, now remembers, and you brutes dare castigate her. Shame on you all. The Jews are being paid reparations. The African Americans are asking for justice for wrong done to them for over 400 years of slavery and some insensitive nitwits, are here talking about what? 3 Likes |

drehdinho: May I humbly opine that your last paragraph may not be entirely accurate (no vex).... to state shows you do not know wat happened during the 150 years of British rule.... those that came here via unprovoked wars have nothing good to offer. A bad seed can't bring forth good fruit. African leaders aren't killing their own that's according to western media. For example I thought Mugabe was a bad man for a long time but when I read about him thru non western media I realized he is a pan African hero.... much of the damage to African minds is caused by western media....another common lie is that African leaders are power hungry and want to rule for life.... that's not true.... those that want to rule for life is to prevent western interference. Also Chinese president and British President (Queen) are all presidents for life.... |

The Queen was part of an oppressive insititution. Very true. We all know that. However, she isn't oppressing us now, and wasn't since we got independence...and let's be honest, the reason why we are in a mess in Africa is not because of the Queen or because 'they killed our leaders who could have freed us' but because our economic model is wack. No country has gotten rich from selling raw materials and using the revenue to import alone. No country has gotten rich from sharing the revenue from importing raw materials. And no country has gotten rich from taxing less than 40% of its population, or using subsides as a free gift for everyone. All the above gives us a wrecked economy....and a lot of injustice and equity....but instead of us to try to take the hard BUT right decisions to change our economic paradigm...we keep on wanting the good life. I'm sorry, but until we face reality, nothing is going to change. And until we stop blaming the whites...nothing is going to change. Japan and China learned ages ago that there is a limit to how long you can blame whitey. |

telim:God no be man naw. You people just think and type rubbish on social media. You keep blaming the whites for your backwardness..Has the whites done quarter of the damage Africans have done to their continent? If truth be told, you have benefitted much more from these people but you keep blaming them for your failure. Your leaders keep looting without checks, Is this the fault of the whites? When some of these people are arrested and presented before a competent judge/court, your likes flood the streets with protests seeking a withdrawal of the case because the criminal is your brother..Is this the fault of the white? You have everything to make the continent green but what have you done with these resources? Loot and complain! Shameless bitter lots |

Igbo and hatred. They blame everybody for their mistakes except themselves. This is the picture of the man on wheel chair that destroyed Nigeria perfect system of government (Regional Gornment) where every region controlled her resources and pay tax to the central government. The perfect system of government was left to us by the British colonial masters. The picture show the man being pushed by Peterrorist Obi Pandora to court during the Nmamdi Kanu terrorist trial. Today they are planning to govern the same country they hate and call zoo. Say No Terrorism. 1 Like

Kasssandra: Believe me every Nigerian pays heavy tax from whatever economic activity they do, it's just that it's informal and ends up eaten by these same ruthlessly greedy politicians via their street thugs If that okada man tells you how much he pays to touts daily and what percentage of his daily income it constitutes, you will weep for the black man. Ditto the market women, even the woman selling plantain beside the road is subject to a heavy street-tax regime. The 'tax net' rhetoric usually trumpeted by Tinubu and his greedy APC friends is a big scam. |
Re: Carnegie Mellon University Reacts To Uju Anya's Tweet About Queen's Death by Nobody: 6:21am On Sep 09, 2022 |
Enkidu70: Income tax is different from informal taxes. We have a low tax to gdp ratio of 8.1%, and less than 30% of economically active Nigerians pay taxes into state and Federal coffers. (These are real figures...I did not make them up). If that okada man tells you how much he pays to touts daily and the percentage of his daily income it constitutes, you will weep for the black man. Ditto the market women, even the woman selling plantain beside the road is subject to a heavy street-tax regime. The 'tax net' rhetoric usually trumpeted by Tinubu and his greedy APC friends is a big scam. 1.The touts are not agents of government. They are either union men, or just criminals. Any monies collected goes into their pockets. 2.Tinubu did do well on taxes in Lagos, not well enough. (there is also the Alpha beta nonsense...it's called conflict of interest) And no, supporting widening of the tax base does not mean I am a Tinubu supporter. Especially since I don't like APC for many reasons. |

The day before yesterday, you were abusing Awolowo for killing Igbos during the war. Four days ago you were abusing Obasanjo for killing Igbos during the war. Today, it is Queen you are abusing for killing Igbos during the war. Now tell me, when you foolishly declared war, what were you expecting? Hugs and kisses? |
