Laycon had no wow factor. He is a rapper and his flows were too weak just like nursery rhymes. We all knew deep down he wouldn't make it. FGS rappers barely make it in Nigeria. Most of his hits songs were heavily carried by the featured artiste. I was a stan but I knew deep down he was mediocre.

what's the worst that could happen? Heartbreak? You'll cry and move on


But acting rude, withdrawing friendship is enough red flag. The thing I always look out for in friendships or any ship at all is kindness. How do you react or handle things when we are not in good terms? It's okay to be hurt when turned down, especially seeing how close you guys were but it doesn't justify any mean action towards you or the friendship. If he's going to do that as a friend, he'd do worse as a partner. You deserve better than that.

thanks for the encouragement, i feel better at the moment. i don't know why he acted so rude to me, maybe that was his own way of breaking things off and coping with the situation. i was even ready to date him, but i wanted to wait till he comes home( he lives in another state but we share same home town) to tell him but it was too late.

i remember the good days i feel sad sometimes!
