No, of course not. You can use your card on the last day of a month ( eg³⁰), and use again on the first day of the next month. Limit is set first of every month (did not depends on the previous month).

Alright thanks for the respond I did last month it went swiftly this month tried again two days ago every time limit reached tried 90$ limit then tried 48$ same limit issue so I just gave up

Serious! I wonder why custom clearance is extremely slow this time around.

It is still on customs clearance in progress since Sept 1. But it is not a registered Speedaf item. It is the Cainiao Super Economy Global handled by speedaf. Is that why the update stopped? Or will i still get update?

Am new to buying stuff online,who can do checkout for me either Alibaba or aliexpress pls do lemme know.
