I couldn't understand the content of the book, so I stopped reading it.

ECKANKAR have it's worship services on Sundays just as Christians goes to church on Sundays too.

ECKANKAR is a path of Spiritual Freedom.

It's main prayer is singing the Holy and Sacred name of God, HU.

Purified through singing the Holy name of God HU, you can be more aware of God's love in your Life.

Until God's Love enter the heart of Man spiritual progress would be a very difficult journey.
