Good morning everyone, pls how do i scan the QR code on my Covid19 vaccination card .I want to check to ensure my 2 vaccinations are showing on the system in order to avoid wahala at the airport.

Kindly reply pls.

YinksXO:
Travelled recently using Egypt air and you do not have to do a COVID test as long as you are fully vaccinated, you will show your vaccination card at the airport and make sure your QR code is scannable.

All the best!

Hello House.

I really appreciate the contribution of those who have answered my questions.

Please I am about to submit my application. On the option where the passport is to be uploaded, Am I only to upload my passport? Or I can include some other related documents as pdf, such as other relevant stamps on my passport. Likewise other options like the "proof of financial support"

2. For the digital photo, will I scan front and back and attach as a pdf?.

Thank you very much. I pray God see me and every on this platform through.

Digital photo is your passport photograph and not your international passport.

The photograph will be in white background

Please be properly guided that the visa officer doesn't have access to view the transactions outside the stipulated timeframe (April to September) you gave to them.. The essence of the mybank statement certificate is for the officer to verify your bank statement at ease without contacting your financial institution.

I hope this answers your enquiry.

It will end in praise

Thanks boss

I have been a silent reader and observer. I am dropping this to encourage others on this wonderful platform who are waiting for PPR or waiting to even start the entire process. I am 38 years old with a study gap of 13years. I completed the masters program admission and visa application process myself.

Here is my timeline:
Application Submitted: 11th July
Biometrics: 14th July (updated on 22nd August after an email and webform)
Upfront medical: 20th July (updated on 29th August after an email and webform)
Eligibility started: 10th September
BVL: 10th September
PPR: 10th September

Due to the school enrollment deadline, I have already deferred my admission to the next intake which is within the 150days timeframe.

I pray that good news will locate everyone else still waiting.

H Quinex2,

You might want to give insight on why you think all the professors he contacted are not in need of students. Besides, speaking from experience, not all professors would state they're actively recruiting. Finally, I would implore you to quote the right person instead.

Gigdraft also wishes nothing but the best!
It's 100% possible, considering how these profs hardly reply to cold emails. I'm a PhD student abroad so I know what I'm saying. Plus, I never said every professor indicates if he/she is actively recruiting or not. If you check my comment, you'd see I used "some".

I didn't quote you in error. I was only trying to let you know it isn't accurate to assume professors aren't replying his email because it lacked "good content". While that may be true, it's not the case more than 50% of the time.

Hello Nairalanders

I need your help concerning my Canadian student permit. I’ve applied for my application since December 2020, I’m still yet to get a final decision by the IRCC till date.

This was the last email I received from IRCC after submitting webforms:….

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your file is currently located at the Canadian visa office in Nairobi, Kenya.

Because of the specific nature of your enquiry, we invite you to contact them directly in order to:

-Submit a withdrawal request, if applicable,
-Report important changes,
-Provide documents,
-Obtain information regarding the status of your application, or
-Enquire on an outcome to a request.

Kindly suggest what I can do if anyone can help.
Thank you NL @makano

Thanks for responding. Yes, I am aware. I have seen from the digital photo (passport phot) instructions, that there is a need for the photographer to sign at the back of the of the photo. This is the reason why I asked if I am to scan both front and back of the passport photo and attach it to the digital photo section?

Please help.

Ohh shit... I didn’t pay the sms fee because I was told I didn’t need to do that since my biometrics was in Lagos and I’m also send to Lagos.

Please what can I do ??

Was your package returned for not paying? Or did they reach out to you for not paying? Because I don’t think you need to pay before you start panicking

Did you say December 2020? Have you ordered for your notes? That’s a generic response not personally for your application… Have you been sending mails too? Most importantly… order for your notes
