my bru you don't need to tell me what's in the bible...I am a Boer... We are deeply religious people...i agree with you on all the points that homosexuality is a sin.... However my point is the freedom to follow a religion(or not follow) a religion is in your constitution... With it comes how people sexually orientate based on their religion (or lack there of)
Cool. 83% of Kenyan population is Christian. This means; directives are based predominantly in favor of the Christians(anti-gay, anti-fornicators, anti-incestors, anti-adultarous, etc.) However; minorities also have their freedom which is equally enjoyed by the majority.

For starters:

Our constitution stipulates there shall be no state religion and prohibits religious discrimination, Yes. But every act is guided! The same constitution also states that:

individuals shall not be compelled to act or engage in any act contrary to their
belief or religion. These rights shall not be limited except by law, and then only to the extent that the limitation is "reasonable and justifiable in an open democratic society".

Everything within the act should not be repugnant to the societal norm. HOMOSEXUALITY// S0domy, is gross indecency; a repulsive moral & cultural behavior to the majority.

Lemme give you a proper logic:
In Christianity, for instance; there is a section in the penal code that punishes defilement of the worship place, blasphemy, crime against church properties, insult to religion and whatnot. All those are directly interlinked with religion but the court will treat them as misdemeanor - in the penal code.
There is also a Qudi court that deals with any indecency in Muslim religion.

From the above point of view, we now know that religion is a monolithic aspect that carries several multi-faced gauds. If we move further, you'll find sexual acts within it. But that will now take us to the next page()

Just like blasphemy, which is punishable under misdemeanor. & destruction of church property under malicious destruction... _Public $ex is also not spared in indecency rule.
Prostitution for instance; is spreading very fast in Kenya. The act is not criminalized by federal law. However, inciting prostitution, or compelling it to the public is illegal and punishable under the indecency act.

To this point; I believe you're seeing sense. Now, let's check homosexuality: our constitution has tackled it from S0domy to two men in $exual relationship. S0domy is a felony punishable under unnatural offense, & for not less than 15years imprisonment. $ex between males is GROSS INDECENCY, It's punishable. The state does not recognize $ex between same gender.

Main reason why it's still Illegal in Kenya: this constitution was passed through referendum. Majority of Kenyans wouldn't have allowed it to be passed if it were containing gay legalization. People here are culturally conservative (especially on religious aspect. )

I give the place just two years until it reverts to its previous state, so I hope metal-scrapers don't vandalize it.

Akwa Ibom State International Airport ( %84 Completed), AKWA IBOM SMART INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL BUILDING PROJECT
The Airport road is also undergoing expansion from a dual carriageway to a ten-lane expressway too, This is why Ibom Air placed a firm order for 10 Airbus A220 aircrafts , they want to be the central hub between west and central Africa, the dream is that you can board Ibom air in kampala, Uganda and take a connecting flight in Akwa Ibom to Dakar, Senegal.

1- ten(10) lanes ldongesit Nkanga Avenue (3rd ring road) in Uyo Akwa Ibom State
2- Akwa Ibom State international airport roads

Man stop being jealous , Akwa ibom state is in a league of its own. The state is among the fastest-growing in all of Africa, and it currently has better infrastructures than all of the nations in East Africa. Its airports, stadiums, roads, hospitals, and other infrastructures are far superior to anything in Africa. Akwa ibom is also the only African state to have a carrier fleet fully owned by the state government .

If you remove Tema as part of Accra then Kumasi will easily be the largest city in Ghana.

@vankelvin do you agree?

Without Tema city Kumasi will be the largest City in Ghana. Per total land area kumasi is the largest city in Ghana but in terms of population density and total built-up area Accra (excluding Tema) leads, Kumasi follows.

it isn't a doubt because some contend that Kumasi is the largest

Unlike Accra Kumasi have a very large undeveloped land so it's on that basis those people claim Kumasi as the largest city in Ghana

Naa... The argument that most have made is that, Kumasi Burgess model of development has made the city look smaller because no matter which part of the concentric zone you find yourself, you're no more than 10 to 15km away from the center but in actual sense the built on land area is much more bigger than that of Accra.

I disagree.

Kumasi will be the largest both in terms of population density and Total build up area. Let do a simple eye test without resulting to maps. Accra starts from Weija to Tetteh Quashe, you can't even get were Kumasi ends even though you know its starts from Ejisu, plus Kumasi build higher while Accra build low buildings.

The built on land area of Accra is bigger than Kumasi. Their arguement has always got to do with Kumasi land size which is true

Accra goes beyond Tetteh Quarshie and Ejisu is also not part of Kumasi but I somewhat agree with you on the last statement

Ok.

Let say it starts from Fumesua, fumesua to Tech to Asafo is longer in length than weija to Teteh Quashie. While Kumasi doesn't stop there,it still extend further to an area called Tanoso on the sunyani road. Baba forget Kumasi is big and not just big but built-up.

Well maybe if you take the region as a whole into consideration. Greater accra and central region are small in size so you might be correct. Kumasi as a city is my take here.

Accra built up area is longer than that of Kumasi a bit but Kumasi is far wider than Accra which Accra's length doesn't account for.

The have a change of mind because they get impressed by how flashy Accra looks like

I believe Accra as a city will still be denser than Kumasi as a city because Accra as a city is tiny

Kumasi growth is being driven by it commercial nature.. hence attracting a lot of migrant from Bono and the tree northern regions, far more than Accra is currently doing.

Adding to it Attractiveness is how super affordable life is there
