oefosa: LoL Dr. Not to sound rude or jump on your post but what they said is the truth. You can also look for the help (for others) here and people would gain from it. Your credentials are massive and we congratulate you, but stating them as a reply to their observations isn't important IMO. Remember, this is a faceless forum, this should mean a lot to a discerning mind. Once I need an info on a particular org, I jump on Google and type in my keywords + Nairaland. Can you do this with WhatsApp? Let's let threads thrive and forget this whole WhatsApp link thingy. We are directly helping thousands of Nigerians behind us. God bless you for stating your POV. Cheers 21 Likes |

oefosa: Before writing the above, you should have thought of the status of others here as well. We never knew you have Ph.D and well-engaged, and, likewise, you may not know the number of others here with Ph.D who are well-engaged as well. Remember, considering the requirements of the different positions advertised by NERC , I don't think any of the worthy applicants is a pushover. If I should sound a bit nasty, I may ask, with your high qualifications and employment status, what are you still looking for in NERC? So, because you have Ph.D, your opinion should always be considered superior to those of others? Abeg, park well and don't distract us from focusing on the objective behind this platform. 13 Likes |

CrateofBeer: God bless you. It is on the forum I am getting information about the NERC recruitment exercise for my junior sister. It is here I follow for updates not only on this thread but on another old thread opened in 2014 which is very much active today. I am talking of the thread on monthly salaries of federal government ministries, agencies etc. I don't know why everything must be moved to whatsapp. 8 Likes |

I am sorry to have offended all of you. But it seems we are all angry. What is happening to us? Please, lets try to be nice to each other. We are brothers and sisters. Again, I apologise. I am really sorry. My degrees are not the main thing, I was only trying to state why we should be calm when attending to strangers. I could be the Chairman of NERC. Who knows? I asked for help, I was attacked, I gave advice, I was attacked. What is going on? Please, I need constructive feedback, please |
Re: The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission ("NERC") Is Recruiting. by AborMist: 12:49pm On Sep 13, 2022 |
oefosa: Assuming you are the chairman of NERC, are you not aware you can be replaced tomorrow because NERC doesn't belong to your family? Also, are you not aware that NERC is governed by Board of Directors? More so, if you go through the profiles of the NERC Board of Directors, you will understand that they are highly advanced in skill and knowledge that none can bring himself down to your level of reasoning. More over, you don't come here to arrogantly ask for constructive feedback because none of us here is answerable to you. In addition, we are not angry here. We are only disappointed by the childish attitude of someone who claims to be a Ph.D holder. 8 Likes |

oefosa:Apology accepted Dr. The issue isn't peculiar to your request, it's a general trend. You open a thread and immediately, people are asking for WhatsApp groups. I have heard of groups that even end up with settling squabbles almost always due to politics e.t.c. Let's remain here and share whatever credible info we have. Long may this thread live. Cheers Dr. 9 Likes |

It's okay fellow nairalanders, please Dr. had humbled himself to apologised as such I see no reason why we should stress the comments further. On one of previous pages, somebody had requested for WhatsApp group which I created, few seconds later monitoring team for Seun Osewa corrupted the link, meaning the owner of this site doesn't want it too for some reasons. And so let us be calmed and be our brothers keepers. It is well! Ope lo ma ja si @ last! 3 Likes |

If all things go according to plan, aptitude test is coming up tentatively either on Tuesday, 20th of September or Saturday, 24th September. Consultants waiting for NERC to decide the final date but definitely before end of the month. Invite for test will be sent between tomorrow and Friday. Check your phone message box and email frequently. Aptitude test will be in 3 batches on that day to avoid congested traffic that destabilised NCDMB test in November, 2020. 14,000 applicants have been shortlisted for the assessment to fill vacancies of circa 70 The exam will last for 1 hour. Good luck!!! 23 Likes 2 Shares |
