I read here that sterling banks works,av approached sterling on Friday to open an account but up till they said account no not ready. Pls my question is if I eventually make d purchase, will custom not ask me to pay additional money.. Pls am a first timer pls advice me pls

Problem now is, I can't find the upload evidence button on the dispute page, to upload the tracking information from Speedaf website, because the seller is using the tracking information on AliExpress as evidence of the item in my local post office
