This table will continue to shake until June 2023. So I want to humbly place this table in this thread on a rickety generator.

This is my opinion. Stick it up yours.

I thank God that these two candidates served as governors during the same years. I thank God that I grew up around this time. I thank God that I grew up in Lagos. Growing up Catholic, I'd heard things about a certain governor in the east who was so fanatic, if you weren't Catholic, you couldn't work with/for him. Well, that's just hearsay. I thank God I witnessed the most liberal Nigerian Muslim as governor whose first lady is a pastor. I thank God because when I'm old and the young ones ask a wise old man what happened in 2023, I won't be shy to say I stood behind the best candidate.

We all know that the geographical location of Lagos as well as the fact that it has been Nigeria's administrative capital far longer than we've been a democracy is why it's growth has been progressive. Lagos isn't the only coastal city in Nigeria. We've been treated to many videos online of swift transformations of entire cities in a short period of time. Multiple states have had multiple governors under different parties with different ideologies (majorly political prostitution and theivery) to develop their regions. Lagos has grown in leaps and bounds because of the vision of a man not to slack because of Lagos' geographical advantage but to improve and bring it to the status of an envious megacity despite its small size and dense population.
A daunting task. Security, Waste management,
Expansion (Land Reclamation), Taxation, Economic growth, etc, needed to be tackled head on. Bola Ahmed Tinubu excelled. Millions more poured into Lagos because of this despite having elected governors in their states.

Anambra has the most billionaires in the SE. I haven't heard any other spectacular news coming out of Anambra growing up (well, apart from a serious epidemic of money rituals). Nothing out of the ordinary. Kano is an ancient city which everyone knows, filled with wealthy billionaires and paupers alike. Kano or Anambra state has never had any governor as outstanding as BAT in terms of achievements in office. Take it or leave it.

Now, post governorship achievements, if we went there, nobody ranks higher than BAT.

How do you explain to someone in the year 2042 that you went for a viral political prostitute over a man with a proven track record and political ideology that has made Lagos one of the fastest growing cities in the world?

Bro, don't let thugs and tout bully your well-conceived opinion. Most of those backing Atiku and Obi are doing so for ethnocentric reasons.

You stated issues beautifully , and applying to both Atiku and Obi, with your thought-provoking question below that will resonate with genuinely progressive Nigerians who truly want the best for our nation and are able to shun ethno-religious and sectional bias to see what is crystal clear.

What I know is that at the end, the masses will win.

Nigerians have suffered so much in the hands of old corrupt politicians.

How people survive in this country is still a mystery to me.
In one country,
Unemployment
ASUU strike
Insecurity
Terrorism
Bad economy
Corruption

Where do we start? We need to vote wisely now

I bet that these two candidates preach patriotism but cannot even sing the Nigerian National Anthem
