I know these things.

Maybe if the first coup didn't take the turn it did, maybe the major ethnic tribes would Trust each other more than they do now.

The first coup didn't just turn out that way by accident, it as planned that way

See this is an excerpt from Jaja Wachukwus wiki page as an example and tell me this was not a planned job

The Prime Minister, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, pleaded with Wachuku to reinstate the Nigeria Airways Board chairman and accept another ministry. Wachuku refused. Balewa even asked his wife Rhoda Idu Jaja Wachuku to plead with him, yet he refused and tendered his resignation from Parliament and as an Executive Member of Government midday 14 January 1966. Balewa was yet to accept Wachuku's resignation when the army struck by mid-night; barely 12 hours later – thus ushering in the era of military coups in Nigeria. Wachuku's official residence, at 7, Okotie-Eboh Street Ikoyi, Lagos, was surrounded by soldiers. His younger brother: Kennedy Madu Wachuku, father of Ugonna Wachuku[53] was with him that day, Wachuku looked through the window in the early hours of the morning and asked the soldiers: "What are you boys doing here?" One of the soldiers replied: "Good morning, Sir. But haven't you heard what is happening in the country?" To which Wachuku replied: "Yes. I know you boys have taken over the Government." And the soldier said: "Do not be afraid, Sir. We have come to protect you for being an honest Government Minister."[54] Wachuku survived the military coup.

Jaja Wachukwu offered to resign 12hrs before the coup which Balewa refused,
Wachukwus house was surrounded by the same coupists, The coupists saw him but told him they were there to protect him while the same coupists were gunning down others

In the same vein Azikwe conveniently travelled out of the country and delayed his return

Just like Okpara the Eastern premier was spared because he had a guest with him

Na why I tell Don J say some of these things are old wounds that need to be re-opened if we all want to chart a way forward.

Imagine how children of Akintola, Tafawa Balewa etc and their descendants feel and continue to feel about this one now? Knowing their fathers were killed in a coup that was supposed to clear the rot in the system but some other fathers were spared on the basis of their ethnicity.

Na why everybody gats come out and talk wetin dey pain dem. We know the progrom that happened afterwards is something that claimed innocent lives, but we should always talk about the forerunner to the progrom which obviously is the first coup. Without that, nobody go trust each other

Chart which way forward, People like that will rather tell you that your own story is a lie and theirs is the truth. Balewa died of ezcema, Akintola died of Asthma, Okotie-Eboh died by hitting his leg on a stone, Ademulegun died of overeating and Bello died of viagra. They are the only victims allowed in this case and only their stories are true

Did you not read when they agreed Rolands story of his family members death was true but mine was false

I can see a lot of Middle Belt and Hausa Christians going this route. Hopefully I'm wrong and they vote Obi
I think this is one of the pitfalls of obidients making their movement kind of a moral one, you get a lot of false supporters.
In the end, you can't know who someone will thumbprint for, that's why I don't even bother myself with selling any candidate.

Yes o. Tinubu will have 18% in SW while Obi in the same SW will have 12%, 68% in SE and 46% in SS

I'm sorry but anyone who thinks that poll is anything close to reality must be daft.

Let them believe it, Obi will win 68% in SE, 46% in SS but Tinubu will win 18% in SW

Shebi you see one morron proving to us that 15% turnout is why SW will give 18% to Tinubu but the SE will give 68% to Obi with 15% turnout

Beyond having a diagnosis, some are really dense

But this is very true.
Yorubas don't support bastards.

Yoruba chieftains are asking;

What is Tinubu's genealogy? What is his birth name?

Who are his parents?
What primary and secondary school did he attend?
Who are his childhood friends or classmates?
How old is amoda OGUNLERE?

This picture below is the only thing known of Amoda's childhood?

People ask where and when was this picture taken?
Was it in the 30s, 40s or the 50s?

AMODA OGUNLERE remains a mystery and yorubas do not support bastards of unknown households.

One of the governor came fourth and the other won the election in PDP before defecting to APC.

If you hope on Tinubu getting anything tangible from SE because of the two governors then it is DOA. Uzodimma go first save himself before him deliver for Tinubu.

Me I don't understand that false supporter business. Support who you want with your chest. Nobody will flog you and unless they are feeding you I don't see why you're disguising your favorite candidate

I'd sell Obi to anyone who is tired of the present debacle the APC has brought Nigeria. Not those happy or benefitting from the current situation.

Massive stuff.

First of all, I thought you guys don't rate rallies. I thought it was a waste of time and was meaningless. grin grin grin

Secondly, it's already viral that the group was paid for. What do you expect from the evil party?

Weaponize poverty so you can buy fake love with the people's stolen money. It would never be well for this useless party and all her supporters.

Buhari got over 25% of votes in 2019 from both states. IMO was 30. Any opinion poll that tells you APC will get 0% in the East should not be taken serious by anyone with a functioning brain.

How delusional can people get?

"rally" that had a senator and some house of rep in it. Mobilization money was paid.
Alabi and his colleagues were there.

Is that something new??

When you see Obidients rally, you see no politician, you see no sharing of stolen funds. You know that every single person there came of his own volition, not out of personal gains or induced by money.

That is called organic love!
The new era of people-oriented politics.

Not corrupt politicians sharing stolen funds to force people to come out for them.

Buhari got those figures before the emergence of BVAS technology, manipulation of figures in coalition centres will no longer be possible. State governors could control the INEC officers In their states.

And Buhari contested against a fellow Fulani, in a two horse race this time it is a three horse race against an Igbo man and PDP that has dominated presidential election in the region. I am not saying APC will get 0 percent in the SE but they won't get anything tangible, I'm sure Tinubu knows that already.
