Though we used an agent and am the sponsor, she is applying with my son . She was meant to resume September 6th, we already deferred to January.

The agent is just speaking English here and there.

We often see more of PPRs here which is the prayer and wish for everyone, However, it makes rejections seem like myth when in fact they do happen.

Don't let it weigh you down, get your gcms notes, please don't forget to enlighten us here with the detailed reasons for rejection, tackle them and refire.

The God of second chance will not disappoint you.

Send an appeal to them, if they do not have an opening , you can reapply to another opening and inform IRCC. Which school is this?

sent an appeal to them and it was declined.
most of the courses in the school are fall intakes, if I apply for an intake in September 2023 can I still use this SP? or I have to reapply for another SP?

BVL is biometrics validation letter, just saying you dont need biometrics for any application for the next 10yrs. It is not attached to visa approval or refusal. Just an information letter about biometrics validation period.

I've gotten some advise on this situation, but I'll like to to know what others think too.

My tuition for a year is 18386, the school requires about 2700 for deposit and LOA, which I have paid, the deadline for first semester tuition is Nov. The black market rate is killing. And Form A takes 6 weeks.
I want to submit visa application next week.

The first semester tuition has been paid into my personal account by my sponsor to avoid my sponsor's SOA been tempered with after submssion.

My resolution is to go ahead with the form A, get the FORM A payment transction proof, get my bank reference letter, and get a statement of balance from my bank to be attached with the visa application.

Please let me know what your thoughts are on this. Resumption is January. Must I compulsoryly find a way to pay into the school account and attach a receipt from the school?

Oh the challenge you might face is making payment for the note cos it's usually in CAD.

Getgcms.com is really popular but you can find other sites on Google.

In my opinion, i don't think you need to make the full Payment before submitting your application. Just show proof of the deposit you paid and if you can, create an excel spreadsheet showing the funds in your account and exactly how you intend to distribute it (your expenses) and upload alongside your POF DOCS. If you know the exchange rate for the FormA, use it in your breakdown.
You can thereafter,initiate your payment for the balance...

In my opinion, i don't think you need to make the full Payment before submitting your application. If you're not going to make use of black market rate I.e fund your dom account and use your dom debit card to pay then your other option is form A.

As you already know the form A takes a really long time, however, it shouldn't affect your visa application.

I applied before my form A was approved, I got a notification of receipt of funds from my school in pdf, i sent same to IRCC via webform and they acknowledged receipt after a month.

I don't know what you mean by statement of balance from your bank, there's no form A payment proof except you're referring to the transfer Telex your bank will generate for you - it's like a transfer receipt showing where funds was sent to.
