My honest opinion seeing your marriage may have broken down irretrievably would be to file for a divorce. It might mean that you may resume before you file for them pending on how fast the court decides.

You don't want any issues hunting you in future unless you believe you can work things out with your spouse in future.

Regardless of being in the UK or not,you need to be happy.This doesn't seem so

she’s planning to fly alone subsequently her husband and kid will join her later, my question is if this is permissible by the UK authorities. Thanks.

Since you have arrived the UK, you should collect your BRP first and upload a copy when submitting your dependants application

My 4th paragraph was in response to your option 2.

Bringing someone that you aren't in a solid marriage with.That could be a recipe for disaster in future unless otherwise.

Are you certain you will get a Decree Nissi in 4weeks? I am not a lawyer but i presume you need to give the respondent time to file his counter claims. I don't want you to assume it will be 4weeks please.

If you are certain that this is the end.My opinion, defer till Sept 2023, sort out your marriage/family through whatever decision you take, apply for your visa and the kids. You are starting on a clean slate.

The kids birth certificate are what proves your relationship as their mum not your marriage certificate

I think the Airline that you booked can also tell you whether you will need transit Visa or not. One of our good guys here posted a UK government link where I read that some airports in Germany does not require Transit Visa.

Hello house, my cas application just got rejected because i have previously studied at masters level before in the UK and am now going for MBA. I actually stated this in my application and also submitted my transcript and i was given conditional offer for payment of deposit now the visa compliance team are now saying i don't have progression. You shouldn't mention your previous UK masters when applying to another in the UK. Your first degree is enough. You would need a strong business case to scale it when you mention previous masters. Except the course in the first masters is lower in comparison with new one or complements it.

Please can you enlighten me more on this because am planning to apply to another school for January.

You should confirm the deadline for resumption from the school.

I’ve had similar mails even though mine was a standard visa. It took a while to be resolved.

When it’s time please follow up with paid calls

If you notice you may not make it on time, please notify the school on options for deferring if you can’t make it before the deadline

His chances are high if he is 100% honest. I suggest he adds a cover letter to his application to explain what happened 14 years ago, how he has learnt his lesson, how sorry he is for what happened and how he has turned his life around.

I know someone who had a similar issue (she was deported from the UK but was not jailed). She applied years later and got back into the UK with the skilled worker visa.

He should be honest and pray for the best.
