Ibori that stole the primary that okowa won in 2006 and gave it to his brother uduaghan, in 2015, while in prison in uk for selling delta state share in econet to himself before selling it to another by forging lots of documents, sponsored his commissioner edebvie that helped him to loot delta , to run against okowa. Same man he is still pushing against okowas candidate.
