Not really renovation but more like restoration like small part of the ceiling rotten & leaking, kitchen need some touches, toilet sink is leaking water small small, wall paint inside needs to be scraped and re-paint, maybe outside wall re-paint too depends on inspection. Painting 1 Toilet (plumbing) Small kitchen (Shelves needed) 6 to 7 doors spoilt, need to be replaced Cleaning Big job available after seeing a good job on this one first.
