Yes it's called upfront medicals.
I mean why wait to be told to do that knowing that its a requirement.

The hospitals recognised by IRCC for these tests are few and listed on their site, IOM happens to be one just as QLife is.

Which ever hospital you choose, they will forward your results to IRCC upon completion within 5-10 working days, that's why you did the test in the first place. After the test IOM will print out an e-screeing sheet and hand over to you so you can either attach while applying or send via webform after application as a receipt.

I’m going to repeat this “DON’T DISH WHAT YOU CANNOT EAT SIMPLE”, you’re rude to someone and you don’t expect them to talk back? Wow… so sorry about this. How did you confirm it hasn’t been received? Because recently medicals have not been updated on so many accounts… they can’t possibly hold back your result because why?

It was stated we did not receive your required medical result and this even caused a refusal. And the refusal state----You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1.1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for an examination.

And the medical was done submitted by iom and i also submited the medical myself through webform. It hurts oo

Jeeeez! This is soo sad. You actually got a medical request. I can’t even imagine… This is the 1st time i am hearing result wasn’t sent… Even they send sms in some cases to inform you once it hs been sent. I’m really sorry

Unfortunately, he was denied on his first attempt , so someone introduce an agent/immigration lawyer (in Canada) to him. He paid close to 500k for the first application which was still Denied. The agent reapplied for him and this time , it came through. The agent is now demanding additional 730k to release his details to him and it is 1week already , he has 3 weeks to submit his passport.I tried to chat with the agent to pacify and bargain the money to a more reasonable amount, the agent blocked me .

Please is there anyway to retrieve his details or atleast get the agent to come to terms with him.

Yes oh, it’s another option but I don’t know how long it takes or what’s involved but it should work.
