Are you sure? I thought they said Immigration lawyers have a standard price and they won’t do such because there is a contact where they can be reported if they don’t serve you well. Seems there is even a body that assigns the particular lawyer to the individual

And till date ircc medical status is showing not received and the refusal was based on information was requested and i didn't respond. Honestly erh, if I’m not vexed eh, make i know why. The whole processing thing eh… I just got my mind off it.. Can’t remember the last time I checked my GCKey until a got a mail from “donotreply” today saying thanks and that they got my documents… i come dey wonder say which documents… Omo documents they requested for since June 24, that i sent since June 30th. It’s today they are acknowledging it… i shaa logged in and saw my 4th Ghost update. Make dem just carry this application dey do wetin dem want.

Hello, sorry to hear this. Please send CIC an email with proof that you submitted your medical and that IOM submitted it. They should be able to reverse their decision since it was clearly an error.

Yes do just that or you could also reapply with upfront medicals I think I would prefer that since your application reached medicals they will process it in like a week or two at most. But if you feel you should fight I think it may not get you the desired result after everything or itay take more time and money than necessary.

Yes it's called upfront medicals.
I mean why wait to be told to do that knowing that its a requirement.

The hospitals recognised by IRCC for these tests are few and listed on their site, IOM happens to be one just as QLife is.

Which ever hospital you choose, they will forward your results to IRCC upon completion within 5-10 working days, that's why you did the test in the first place. After the test IOM will print out an e-screeing sheet and hand over to you so you can either attach while applying or send via webform after application as a receipt.

Same almost happened to me. I got a medical request July 7. Booked for medicals that same day at IOM. After 4 or 5 days, IOM scheduled me for medicals on July 27th. You won't believe that for whatever reason IOM failed to send my medical report to IRCC. Before then I sent them (IOM) several emails, no reply. When that message showed up after 30 days that they had not received my report, I got angry and sent IOM a strong mail telling them how disappointed I was. They replied not long after that they were very sorry for the delay. Also, that they have sent my medicals to IRCC.

IRCC make it very clear on the medical request letter that "You are required to undergo the medical examination within 30 days of the date of this letter. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of your immigration application." These hospitals are very aware of this, yet they delay people unnecessarily.

Once again, please take heart. If you seek a redress, I pray it works out for you. If you decide to reapply, may you get an approval.

Iom submitted the medical result to ircc before the 30days funny enough. The issue is ircc themselves claim not to have recieved the reults.

Extra luggage for 23kg is between 200 usd to 250 usd.However,you can ring the airline you are flying with to have more information or check their website on excess luggage policy.
