If you like live or die you will pay, even non invasive surgeries here can cost you over $20k not to talk of Cancer, kidney transplant,brain surgery that can run you into $200k easy. A trip to the ER here ranges for $2k upward to just get emergency response,even the ambulance go charge you for the ride.

Bless you boss. People no know say health no cheap. The price of every other thing is rising but they expect the price of healthcare to stay the same. Its not unique to Nigeria. Healthcare is even really cheap here compared to america. There if you no get insurance no just reason go hospital. And you have to call to book an appointment unless its an emergency.
