Looks like it was converted to windows and it is corrupt.

You can run sfc/scannow by entering recovery mode and cmd. Or u can just boot from new win10 to reload the OS

My laptop I'm using now is consuming a lot data even when I'm not surfing the the net, it can consume up to 1.5 or 2GB in one hour. The thing runs like an open tap. i prefer all in one windows activator

If u use kmpico, windows defender will in future flag it virus and remove it which will require you to reactivate again

What's the model?

We'll go to HP support and drivers.

Input the serial number, when the drivers is shown, Search for storage driver among it.

Download and extract it into the USB bootable flash drive you're using, when you get to this stage, select load drivers instead.

Now locate the USB flash drive,locate the folder you extracted,select the F6 folder,you will see two listed drivers,select the first one,after loading it will show you storage device then you can proceed from there.

I guess this is a 10th/11th gen laptop right?
