Ofodirinwa:How can Aba be the commercial, industrial and economic capital of igbo land when onitsha has atleast twice the population of Aba and generates more revenue. It’s like saying Kano is the economic capital of Nigeria Why do you people just hate Anambra. Very embarrassing |

globemoney01: As an objective fact Aba is several times bigger than Onitsha. Onitsha is barely bigger than Obosi, but if you count Obosi and surrounding areas, Aba is still bigger. Aba is also more productive industrially etc and more advanced in manufacturing. Nnewi is even surpassing Onitsha. 2 Likes |

Though Onitsha is the largest metropolitan area in igboland. But the arguement here is that Owerri is a glorified village. Ofodirinwa: An urban area, or built-up area, is a human settlement with a high population density and infrastructure of built environment. Aerial view of Owerri flyover 1 Like

Ofodirinwa:Onitsha has more population than Aba. Onitsha has more industries than Aba with products across the country, Aba is just textiles, footwear’s and AriaAria with is not even bigger than some markets in onitsha not to talk of main market. Onitsha generates more revenue than Aba. Onitsha has even extended and made many cities even Asaba. Stop hating 3 Likes |

Ikengawo aka Ofodirinwa, Owerri is a glorified village, that's why millions of imo indigenes ran to a mega city of Onitsha in search of greener pasture. There are over 2-Million Imolites living in Onitsha alone. Imo indigenes saw flyovers for the first time when they arrived in Onitsha Ofodirinwa: 4 Likes

0fodirinwa: So based on your education Cairo is the biggest city in the world or what? Lol That's a measurement of how closely people love to each other. Something partly possible when a city is small and has no space |

Aba is more bigger, more industrial and more populated than onitsha, osisioma alone is bigger than onitsha, they are many anambra indigenous people in Aba and they don't go home even for Christmas 3 Likes |

Ikengawo stop crying. Onitsha is the biggest and most economically viable city in igboland. Onitsha is the Lagos of Eastern Nigeria, that's why millions of imo indigenes are living there. Mind you I am from imo state Ofodirinwa: 2 Likes |
Re: Few Pics From Imo State by 0fodirinwa: 12:27pm On Sep 19, 2022 |
Aba is a village compare to Onitsha. Aba is a cesspit of dilapidated roads and filthy environment. Onitsha is like America compare to Aba. Onitsha has the largest industrial complexes and commercial activities in Nigeria aside Lagos. Onitsha has thrice more commercial banks than Aba. Onitsha has more infrastructures including flyovers, bridges, 1st & 2nd Niger bridges, flyovers interchange, etc, than Aba can ever have even in the next 200yrs. Anambra people may have built one or two things in Aba but they don't live there, they only visit to check their business because Aba is not liveable. Here are some of the industrial complexes in Onitsha. Show me anywhere in your backward Aba that you have such concentration of industries. Favour623: 3 Likes
