That person that wants to sell his phone,
Use escrow,(wese90) buyer pays into escrow account, you book Gokada to buyers location, buyer receives and confirms, escrow releases money to you.

Process shouldn't take more than 5hrs

Asking people to come to your work place isn't the best thing honestly, just agree to escrow and do your biz.
