The best thing is that the list should be release before those guys in camp will do their POP
to reduce the pressure from top guys, so that those people that their candidates are in camp/first-batch will not be asking for more.

You are right though. Me I heard this list is not second batch and will not be as much as the first batch. It’s called special list. And from the name special list you know it’s for the special ones. No way to confirm it though except if people are actually called to know if it’s second batch or special list. But I do know some people will be called soon. But when they will be called is the only thing I’m not sure of. Based on some people on this forum, it’s going to be end of October to resume first week of November. someone confirmed to me that people actually did their medicals in secret recently so I know the training will happen soon. Hopefully we all get to make the list whether it’s second batch or special list.
