Been doing some Research on Relocation to a cheap state in Nigeria. After long research, I finally settled for Osun Oshogbo.

I would appreciate if anyone can Pin point list of locations with social amenities where a bachelor can start life on his own.

Preferably, list of apartment/landlord or agents for house hunting.

Would occupy upon arrival.

Tinumola axies d light is good, I based in osogbo. Agunbelewo, service area, power line, light is worst @ ilesha garrage. U call chat me further on WhatsApp. 080+++64+404849

Have you finally moved to Osogbo.. how much does a rent cost there.. like how much will a one bedroom flat cost?

No. Still in my current state. However that should Cost you 290k and 220k for subsequent years.
