The problem is, it is not all schools that use western union world pay to receive their funds. this is only possible if your school use this payment processor. if your school use flywire or direct bank account for example, there is nothing you can do. other than to use the usual form A

It's still Form A application. Instead of sending the money directly to school, you're sending it to Western Union to help you pay the school.

And I believe the dependant is relying on someone's financial evidence so that should be a Yes too

That's no more form A na. He can try form A cos d black market rate wld be too expensive. My wife was debited for form A after 10 days of initiation (assisted anyway). So, he can just give it a trial.

Your total POF is 38,467 for the family of 4. Assuming that d rate on oanda is 500 naira that means ur POF should be 19,233,500. You can then make it 20M

I believe so. My friend who traveled last year used it. In fact, she bought it at the airport because they said they couldn't take her luggage the way it was packaged. I know because I was there.
