My brother, all we want is message of hope. Coming to think of it, if it is one vacancy per role, junior staff would have ordinarily been promoted to the roles.

The junior staff can still fill up the vacant roles. It happened with NNPC recruitment after external candidates had their interviews, the slots were eventually filled by internal staffs. This is Nigeria where anything goes!

With tests like this, you do not waste too much time at all. There's also an advantage if you get to finish all questions.

I was joking obviously.

There is no advantage if you finished all questions. If you answered all 100 questions and failed 35 and someone else answered 90 questions and failed 10, how is there an advantage for finishing the 100 questions when you failed more questions than the person who answered less questions? Imagine you answered all 100 questions and you only got 65 right and someone who answered 90 questions got 75 right, who is in a better position? It's not about answering all the questions, it's about making sure you answer correctly.
