EVERYBODY OOOOOOOOOOOO!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! So I’m about to begin my application and these are the documents I want to submit: Admission Letter (2 yrs undergrad diploma) SSCE Result Degree Certificates Employment Letter 4 months bank statement Full tuition payment receipt GIC certificate Family picture and their birth certificates My birth certificate IELTS Police Clearance Upfront Medical SOP SPONSOR: Affidavit of sponsorship 4 months account statement NIN Slip Birth certificate affidavit CAC Certificate Now I have questions o - For landed property, it belongs to the sponsor (my dad). Do I ask him to do a deed of conveyance to me so I can present it as my home ties or does it remain in his name. Also, the only documents available are the deed of assignment and survey plan for the first and only survey plan for the second. - For CAC documents, he’s not sponsoring me with money from the business, I’m just adding the CAC documents for adding sake, will this pose a problem or I’m good to go Also, it’s showing on the CAC portal that the business name is inactive, is there a way I can go about this and reactivate it or can I still submit the documents like that. PLEASE HELP ME |

You don’t need to activate anything . I honestly don’t think it’s necessary. I dint do mine and it worked out fine. Quick one (most important) , your undergrad degree was it a bsc?and what did you finish with ? 2:1 or 2:2 . Asking because I notice you’re going for an undergrad diploma. What’s your work experience in and does it relate to your under grad Degree ? Or does your undergrad degree relate to this new program you’ll be doing? You should add your leave approval letter , letter of sponsorship. You don’t need to change the name on property to yours. It’s not necessary. Mooe: |

-Undergrad degree is Accounts HND - Currently works in Accounts as well - Going to study Business - Financial Services - Also is only the survey plan sufficient for the other land? Uzoamaka123: |

Uzoamaka123 post=116933138:But someone once posted his GCMS notes and it was stated that his refusal amongst other reasons is because the company he claims to be working with is inactive on the CAC portal |

Yes you are right on that part, embassy have the right to verify bank statements if they sense any doubt. But, do embassies also have the power to know how much is in your account? Let’s say you applied for a visa and submitted your bank statement with a closing account and your application has passed processing time and you needed money for some necessary things and you used from the money in your account that you used to apply for the visa… That’s my angle of concentration in all these visa applications and delays and embassy right to check your account.. I hope I’m making sense tho… johnstan: |

tlk2Prince: To make it clearer, when it comes to validating your statement, info like your balance, transactions presented on the statement etc will be made available to the embassy. You don't want to try Nigerians when it comes to inflating account balances and formulating transactions that did not occur. Account statements can be edited so don't be surprised or think that the account holder will be contacted before the Bank validates the info. Your personal info like your home address, date of birth, BVN and the likes may not be released to the embassy. Your full name and address would be on the statement anyways. Accessing the funds in your account does not render your statement invalid or raise suspicion, you're not under obligation to stop transacting on your account because you submitted it as POF rather you're to simply ensure that the amount set aside is not grossly affected. Hope you understand. 2 Likes |

What is the advantage and disadvantages of apply board? I noticed they have a processing fee of 250 US dollars and they also state that one shouldn't contact the school directly. Kindly shed more light to this. Thanks. PatrickOkunima: |

TOPAI7: I don't know about the $250 Fees. When I did mine it was free. Perhaps they were doing a promo then. As for the advantages, I don't know of any. The reason I suggested ApplyBoard is because Fanshawe does not accept applications directly from Nigerians, and the agents they'll recommend will be very expensive. 1 Like |

Please gurus in the house, I greet you all. Please can the gurus in the house help me to know the meaning of this and interpret it for me. I sent mail to the MP in the area of the school I am admitted and he replied me. Hello, I spoke to IRCC regarding your case today, here is the information I received: Eligibility has now started and is listed as "review required" Because of the ‘review required’ tag it may or may not take longer than standard processing times to complete A bring forward date of October 11th is listed I hope that this information was helpful, if you have any further questions, please feel free to keep in contact with the office. However, if you are just looking for another update and there is not an immediate problem with your case that we need to try and resolve we ask that you wait 4-6 weeks before contacting our office again to allow IRCC time to work on your case, and due to our offices case load. Kind regards, |

Since you have booked for medical exam, go ahead with your documents and support as soon as your are satisfied and ready. Upfront Medicals can either be submitted with your application or uploaded via webform after you have submitted your application. In my case, i booked for medical before submission. Then i went for medical 2 days after biometric. Then i sent my medical tracking sheet via web form and email to Embassy in Lagos. I also requested for my result from the clinic and they forwarded it to me and send directly same result to IRCC. My Medical was updated 10 days after the exam. God helped me and fast tracked it. Now am waiting for eligibility review and I pray it will come successful and quick too. It will all end in Praise! Bambi222: |
