Quick one (most important) , your undergrad degree was it a bsc?and what did you finish with ? 2:1 or 2:2 . Asking because I notice you’re going for an undergrad diploma.

What’s your work experience in and does it relate to your under grad Degree ? Or does your undergrad degree relate to this new program you’ll be doing?

You should add your leave approval letter , letter of sponsorship.

You don’t need to change the name on property to yours.
It’s not necessary.

Am not Makano but maybe because am a silent memeber cos I came here from the express entry thread, not sure who that is as the unpleasantness is getting much and I skipped the last few pages, I just need with getting schools that others have used that accepted them as the ones I tried, most time I seem to reach a requirement that is tough or price too high.
If you have any pointers, I won't mind.

The program you choose should show progression in you academic or professional career. You can mention that you're multitalented, but it's better to focus on one or two things.

Do you have any landed properties? Do you have a steady flow of client payments? Keep in mind that you'll have to submit a 6 month bank statement.

Don't worry about not having any family ties in Nigeria but keep in mind that you'll have to provide a strong argument to convince the visa officer that you will return to Nigeria nevertheless.

6)I wish to apply for student Visa for Masters or Post Graduate Degree

You need to submit your application after getting admission but you can start preparing a list of the documents that you need to submit and start planning how to gather them.

7)please my NL people use your professionalism tactics to help me look for a school not less than 9k-12k Canadian dollar and Minimal deposit.

You can Google terms like "the cheapest university in Canada" "the cheapest college in Canada". Don't forget to do some research on the province to get an idea of whether you will like it.

Also make sure that you have an additional 10k+ CAD for living expenses.

Once again, you can Google or get recommendations from others here on this thread. You can also use the Nairaland search bar to find recommendations.

Gurus in the house ,please I need your opinion on this. We plan to do a family application ,spouse will be going for PGD 1 year program ,we couldn't opt for a masters program because she has HND Lower credit. My question is hope is not a red flag coming with a family of 4 for just 1 year program. However, the plan is to apply immediately for her masters program after her PGD program and enough proof of funds will be provided for the application.it wont be okay to me leaving the kids if the plan is to enroll for her masters immediately after PGD.
I don't want visa rejection.

Kindly advise.

I spoke to IRCC regarding your case today, here is the information I received:

Eligibility has now started and is listed as "review required"
Because of the ‘review required’ tag it may or may not take longer than standard processing times to complete
A bring forward date of October 11th is listed

I hope that this information was helpful, if you have any further questions, please feel free to keep in contact with the office. However, if you are just looking for another update and there is not an immediate problem with your case that we need to try and resolve we ask that you wait 4-6 weeks before contacting our office again to allow IRCC time to work on your case, and due to our offices case load.
