If you have problem with discos you go and make your complain that's all some times no one even goes to make complain. I have been their severally. Especially the Kaduna office. Stop generalizing. Not all CBTs analyse all that you mentioned. Those are for personality and behavioral tests like game based assessments or saville swift aptitude test. But for this particular Testmi all they check is your answers. I remember when we wrote the one for NCDMB on this Testmi platform we got our scores instantly. No penalties for going back and forth and no reward for going straight. So stop confusing yourself CBT means Computer Based Test and it can come in any format.

It's kinda true. I was at the NERC forum office, Kaduna 2 years ago. After speaking all the grammar in me, I found out I was talking to one very polite and patient Corp member. It turned out, it was just one lady in the office. LoL

Have you been to the office in Kaduna? I have been there and he is correct. Do a Google search and you would see the office isn't in use yet. You know why? They have a new office, bigger and nice looking.

Those six offices are Zonal offices. However they have "Forum" offices in over 30 states. The states and address are actually on their website.

it's turns out alot of people can verify what I said. NCC regulates all networks but they also don't have offices in all states.

Yes, you are very correct. Something new needed to be done for NERC to delivered on its mandates. That's why the recruitment for exact manpowers needed to support the commission on its mandates must be carried out if we are hopeful for improvement on Electricity situation in the country. Honestly, it is not all about the skills and experience alone many brilliant applicants possess- I believe that anyone successfully recruited must be trained to make them a match for the roles and responsibilities they applied. Budget must be set aside for this purpose. The aptitude test was a way forward to achieve better candidates- the next phase must be competency interviews with the hope of training those that impressed and succeed. Majority will not passed competency interviews as an exact match for what the commission is looking for except those who have worked or currently working on the exact roles they applied with Electricity Regulatory body. How many applicants will that be? My wish and prayer is that the recruitment end up with the right people that would add values to the commission and in return to benefits the nation. Ameen
