Creating a new one is not advisable. You will join a new queue.
Mine took some hours after I uploaded for it to be reviewed.

The account I used my POF,is the same account I have my ihs fee and priority visa fee in(around 1.3m and 10m for my pof . Now the issue is that I want to buy forex to pay my ihs and visa fee next week and that’s a transaction of over 1.2m naira ,hope it won’t be an issue for me since the ukvi are probably gonna be monitoring the account and it’s a huge transaction?

You have to call access bank customer care to cancel that one first before applying for another one, that was what I was told when I visited the FX section of the bank.
