800k is the range in most average areas in Abuja (karu inclusive )

It is quite expensive for a satellite town. If the house is new then it is okay.

Depends on the area in Lugbe
There are pricey neighborhoods and estates around Federal Housing and AMAC areas as well as Pyakassa also in Lugbe across axis.

So it's not too bad if you ask me as long as the basics are there...borehole, gated and fenced etc etc.

Of course you can get also good houses for quite lesser amounts in other parts of Lugbe but don't go to Tudun Wada aka T-Town

If its Lugbe across, your friend has been scammed. If its FHA, then its good deal. But if I have that amount, I would have move to Dawaki
