Brief history of the state

Akwa Ibom State was created on the 23rd of September
1987 by the then Military Administration of General
Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida. The creation of the State
brought to fruition years of prolonged struggle by the
people that occupied the mainland part of the former
Cross River State.



Of the 36 states , Akwa Ibom is the 30th largest in area and
fifteenth most populous with an estimated population of
nearly 5.5 million as of 2016.Geographically, the state is
divided between the Central African mangroves in the
coastal far south and the Cross–Niger transition forests in
the rest of the state.

The reason why some people and their state can't move forward and will never move forward is hatred for other people's success and progress.

They never believe that gate keepers and house helpers could become the topic for conversation and argument across the whole nation and Africa.

That's just to tell you guys that the God that created man, his tongue and tribe has already created the space and position they will occupy on earth. And those spaces are for good not bad.

AkwaIbomites are RISING and Akwa Ibom state is RISING.

Those who mocked us, condemned us, claimed superior and try to enslave us like the IGBOS will soon come begging us for jobs coz I see numerous Asian and European companies in Akwa Ibom state.

They never believe we could come this far coz they normally tagged us BACKWARD and LOCAL people but God that created us had plans for us and he's executing his plans, programs and thought in AkwaIbom state.

Can any good thing comes out of NAZARETH? This was a question asked by many unbeliever who could not know or understand how mighty God is and how he can turn things around in a second.

But out of NAZARETH came JESUS CHRIST who is the king of the whole world. God cleared their doubt and let them know he is not a man...

They never believed any good thing could come out of Akwa Ibom state, but today out of AkwaIbom comes the Senate President, No. 3 man in Nigeria. Today AkwaIbom is the topic for debates, and many more good news and prominent men and women are coming too, God has just started his works in AkwaIbom state, he's not done yet.

When God turns around the captivity of Zion, it was to them(haters) like a dream.

To all the haters, continue hating on us as that's the only motive God needs to continue his miracle in our state, the land of PROMISE.
