Terrible airline. The worst flying experience ever. Fly at your own peril. After 3 flight cancellations, 7 hours of delays at the Lagos Airport, we finally got to JFK without a single piece of luggage except the crew's. I decided to read a few reviews; Ohhh Naij!?

Firstly we were told at Heathrow flight had been cancelled and they put us up in hotel for the night.at Holiday inns. Then after boarding the following eve I saw there was no inflight entertainment plus the airline food was horrid.
The airline crew looked harassed and not friendly.
Arrived in Nigeria the following morning and was told the connecting flight was cancelled due to technical problems!
I was ushered to a broom cupboard of a dingy office to be left there for hours on end until they could get authority to book me a hotel, finally after losing my temper I was taken to a hotel at 1pm in a 3 ton truck which was supposed to be a taxi!!!!

As expected! Tbh, you'd be best concentrating on simpler biz. Get your basics like water and sewerage right before you take on the complexities of airline business. It's too demanding with low margins and high customer demands of tight timelines, inflight passenger service, food etc, etc not just for Naijjans, but possibly all Waffas from my observations.

Capitalism doesn't work for everything...if eskom lose top 100 customers to independent power producers..it will not be able to supply millions. Power sector demand a little complicated to left to capitalism.Eskom should be split orderly to ensure the units are viable.First seperate producers, distributors and suppliers.Just40 is right...you're digging a bigger hole like Nigeria did.Ipp will focus few profitable business like a mine or big manufacturing company...the millions of south Africa who need few units but live thousands of kilometers from power producers will left as Eskom become bankrupt
