To give him the benefit of doubt I chatted him up yesterday we agreed on sending him 3k first, for waybill n would balance him when it is delivered. He promised to deliver it latest today. I called him this evening to confirm from him, he picked up, immediately I told I am the one he he didn't say anything he.
In a nut shell he has blocked my number.

The guy Neva block me Sha, e dey tell me say im account get issues na why I never post im name and pics everywhere for Media

Someone told you he's at Adamawa, that one no raise red flag for you, he come still agree say he go send am come give you b4 you pay, without escrow, ur alarm bells no still ring, you Wen dey Lagos won buy motherboard for person Wen dey Adamawa state, e no suppose be the other way round....Anyways, thank God say e no pass 3k. If you fit track am to get ur money, fine, if you no fit, let it be a teachable moment to you.

No wonder you are finding it hard to get this right. You are very slow and it takes time for you to assimilate anything at all.
Someone you don't know from Adamawa( not a recognized seller) asked for 3k for waybill before payment cuz you're afraid of being scammed. You for say the seller na mumu to release his item to someone who don't want to pay for what he wants to buy until he gets it first.
This is a case of two people fighting, one must lose while other wins. Or nobody wins or lose ( close the business)
Though, thank God it's not 10k. You don't know this scammer sees 1k as an archievemnt and motivation if they get it from anyone?
