There is nothing like spare cash. God put money in your hands for a reason. If you have wasted it and you are now crying to God to bless you, you are wasting your time because God won't give you money to be gambling away. God has given a lot of people many opportunities. Many second chances, yet they squander it away. He even sent men of God to help them. They get help and in their time of recovery, they still foolishly gamble the resources. God cannot be mocked. Most times we are the cause of our misery. It is not witches and wizards that are after you. You are the one that is after yourself. I have been praying with many people and by the grace of God, many are being delivered. What I do here is not by my strength. If not, I would not have gone this far. God's grace is upon me to preach the gospel, pray for people and counsel. I have taken up this burden from my Lord Jesus Christ to help as many people as possible to get deliverance from the spirit of gambling through counseling and prayers. They can make you win and lose. 2. Demons can give you revelations through dreams; a mad person predicting; or other means of games to bet on. 3. Demons can make you bet against your wish. 4. Demons can make you choose games you didn't wish to play. 5. Demons can manipulate games. You will wonder why the surest team to win lose. Sometimes you call them match fixing, but they are not. He/She that has ears, let them hear.. The truth is always bitter to accept at first, but at the end it will be a delight to the soul. That said, a litmus test to know if whatever you're engaging in whether business or job is right (of God) or wrong (of satan) is this: Ask yourself, does what I engage in bring pain, sorrow, hurt, and destruction to other people at my own expense? Even though I profit from it? Or does it make impact in the lives of others, help them solve problems and promotes them as I also prosper? Just as the author of this thread said, 'The blessings of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorry to it', to you and to others. This should be your litmus test. Op you are very much enlightened. You should know that some people attacking you here are bet company agents, customer care reps for betting companies and even the main stakeholders and CEOs or owners are here on Nairaland. So they will not want you to release their captives whom they leech on. Things I noticed about chronic/compulsive gamblers 1. They are very stingy with money: you can not mistakenly eat their N100, they can price bus and okada to save just N50, if they go to buy a footwear and the last price is N3000 they will bargain to N2900 just to save N100 lol  but they don't mind losing N15,000 at a go in a day. They can't buy ordinary perfume of 3k or body spray of 1k to smell nice. . They always ooze with catastrophic body odour because when they lose a bet they get too depressed to take a bath, some lose so much that N500 good soap to bath becomes a big deal. You can't even think of borrowing money from them because they will not give you or claim not to have. But these guys can borrow for Africa and then they never pay back. NEVER BORROW A GAMBLER MONEY YOU CANT FOREGO. They are often leeches. They want to eat your food but they never buy bread to your house or even biscuits lol what a pathetic life.2. They are always angry and talk rashly: Due to the pain of losing a ticket, they just want to vent their anger on you like you are the one that sent them to play  . They are belligerent and always ready to pick fights. I have one like that he just knowingly starts a football argument and before you know it he's venting on how all the people supporting my club do not have sense. You can see the pain and anguish in his eyes. They are quick to pick offence for the littlest of things like when you are eating and did not call them to join you lol or even something as trivial as condemning football bet. I have one like that comes to my house, he plays petty games like N400 on just 2 odds. I asked him what will an extra N400 do for your life, sometimes it's N100 on 12 odds and I'm like dude what will N1200 change in your life. To be honest I can't play ticket and book N50,000 naira even with N100 what will it change in my life my one or two nice footwear and 2 jeans and 2 polo ehn how did that change my life. I play one in a while though but when I play I book N5 million and above so that I know if I win it's still a bit of a life changing money. Not using N500 to play 2 odds what will that do for your life? Indeed Godliness with contentment is great gain o.3. They spend money on lust: They are very stingy to their friends , families and themselves but when it comes to spending the money on lust i.e the opposite sex (ladies) they are never broke or stingy. You'll see the friend that can't buy N150 bread for you or N100 gala giving girls N3,000, N4000 or even paying hookup girls as much as N10,000 to come over for sex. This same idiot will ponder deeply before buying a good toothpaste for himself Gamble na bastard. I think this is the evidence that the op is right. Asmodeus is the demon of lust in charge of gambling and sex addiction that is where the demon will chanel all your money to. This dudes never pay tithe, they never help anyone in need with money, they don't give their parents a dime. If you have them as friend zero your mind from ever benefitting anything free from them.4. They are far from Academic excellence : How do you want them to read and study when 24 hours it is on the phone booking game and checking livescores and stats. When your mates are studying you are busy up all night checking form levels of team and "Head to head" of teams you intend to pick. When instead of studying your mind is divided and distracted.
